Raggedy Anne

I rented a Raggedy Ann costume so a girl from La Grande could be in the winter program at Imbler. hmmm
I made a quick blue short sleeve dress. I had the bloomers. I added white ribbon ties and red rickrack to an apron I already had partially made up. Carma gave me her mop wig dyed red a while back. I also had red/White striped leggings that will do.
They really liked it and she gave me a $5.00 tip! They said they would tell their friends and they want to come here next Halloween.

Mrs. Santa

I have a lady coming to rent a Mrs. Santa outfit for a bazaar they are doing at the 4-H building at the fair grounds. I have several red skirts to choose from. She said she wanted a red/ white striped skirt. I have several tops, from Victorian high neck to a peasant look. She said she wanted a white wig, I have three. I also have several aprons and mop caps to complete the ensemble.

Halloween 2009

I rented 31 costume items, not all complete outfits. I hope I get them all back today or tomorrow.
I traded for some other costumes and a massage, can't wait to get that.
Andrew went as a "Rock Star" he wore sunglasses.
I went a black/white get up with a jester's hat.
Vampires and witches are the most popular for women.
Some people like what I had and others turned their noses up.
It is fun the hard work will be washing them and putting them back.

Audrey 11

We have inherited Audrye 11 from "Little Shop of Horrors' from LHS. They don't want it anymore and were going to throw it away. Jeri Mackley might want it for the hunted house in Union. We shall see. It sure gets a lot of looks from the neighbors.

Hats

I have made two hats for Hello dolly. One is the provocative hat with ribbons down the back and the other is for dolly's opening number.

Provocative Hat

I made a provocative hat for Hello Dolly and a hat for Dolly. The rust and orange hat is the Dolly and we needed a Provocative for the song. Ribbons down my Back. I glued a white feather boa to a hat and pinned one side up and added tan ribbons down the back.
Now I need to sew the arms up on the strait jacket and add some netting to the zombie jackets for haunted house.

Mummies

I am sewing mummy costumes for the local haunted house. I have sewn three tops and two pants. I am going to finish the strait jacket today.
