Titanic Rentals

Here are a few samples of clothing for the Titanic era. I added a red velvet band to this pretty lacy dress. It has a red flower in the middle of the band.

I have character shoes (ankle high boots) in cream, white and black. I have fun hats and gloves to rent separately to go with your outfit.

This outfit has a white lace top, blue satin skirt, light blue sheer top (old lingerie) and blue sash. I found the idea on youtube, How to make a Titanic dress for $20 or less. Good find!
Also a good watchis:

Titanic Fashion - An Edwardian Makeover-

on youtube

This is a red satin prom dress that I added black lace and beading. It has a red sheer overlay and is quite nice. Classic opera length black gloves and a black choker are also rented with this outfit.
This is an out fit we used for Dolly in the high school musical 'Hello Dolly'. A rich rust velvet fabric (a vintage bedspread) made into a jacket and elastic waist skirt (fits more than one size), with lace blouse under neath and peach cravat, it has peach lace wrist gloves too.

Denise Wheeler supplied all the costumes. I hemmed, ironed (ugh) and adjusted for size. Harold's hat is mine, Winthrop's costume is mine, he had argyle socks that you can't see... The Grecian urns were the night gowns we used in Pirates of Penzance last year. I did make the two black skirts for the barbershop. I supplied some of the props too.
Thank -you Uncle Chris for the photos!

Haunted House Life Jackets

Finished 5 life jackets for the local haunted house. They are doing Titanic this year.
Bruce cut out the foam and I sewed like the wind. The original life jackets were made with cork.
